Subregions

[edit]

The subregions section needs some attention. Currently, it includes cities (Coronado, San Diego, Tijuana, Tecate, and Rosarito Beach); an unincorporated town (Borrego); boroughs (Centenario, Mesa de Otay, Playas de Tijuana); actual sub-regions (South Bay, North County, and East County); and a planned development (Valle de las Palmas). I don't see what these groups have in common with each other, and why they are grouped together. I'd eliminate the section of the template, but would like some feedback. Doesn't Borrego link to Anza Borrego State Park? Its there because it takes up a huge portion of San Diego County. Wouldn't boroughs be sub regions of a municipality as well, and the Peninsula is a sub region is it not? I guess it all depends on your bias however. Both cities also have large footprints, but it may be better to get rid of the non-agreed upon sub sections. 08OceanBeach SD (talk) 00:10, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Also, Tecate and Rosarito Beach link to the Municipalities bearing the same name as cities. 08OceanBeach SD (talk) 00:37, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
